Oxford Dendrochronology Laboratory

The Oxford Dendrochronology Laboratory is a partnership between Dr Dan Miles and Dr Martin Bridge

Ross Cook also works with the Laboratory, and is based in Wales.

We carry out dendrochronological dating, mostly on standing buildings, but also on archaeological timbers and other artefacts (e.g. chests, doors, panel paintings etc.).

We work for large organisations such as Historic England, National Trust, RCAHMW, Historic Royal Palaces, as well as archaeological consultancies, architects and numerous individuals.

This website is currently undergoing a complete professional rebuild and will be up and running soon, meanwhile you can contact us using the details below.
